Too early to say, but obviously that depends on your metrics. I prefer justices that interpret laws as directly as possible, as opposed to broadly. Thus I would say Gorsuch and Coney Barrett are promising thus far, while Kavanaugh is not, but that is a very preliminary guess.

Justices tend to be on the court for a long time so it's very hard to assess any justice within the first four years of their tenure, to be sure. Ask me again in 20 years and I'll have a better answer, if I'm still alive :P
