@ayjchan Has anyone attempted to demonstrate that spike proteins produced by mRNA vaccines won't cause long-term cell damage as hypothesized by research like https://www.mdpi.com/2076-393X/9/1/36/htm … and https://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/2021-04/eb-gcm041621.php … ?

Is the spike proteins that do the damage or is it how the "viral payload" actually replicates that does the damage?

Please read the links I provided. This is what the emerging research is about.

hmm, trying but failing to figure out how many mrna's make it to the ribosome to make spike proteins w/ the vaccine to figure out an order of magnitude ratio of spike proteins vs a covid infection...
-
I would also assume that the magnitude of spike proteins in a COVID infection varies as well, so there are a lot of unknowns here, I would suspect.

not answer/expert. may be related? There's anecdotal evidence of vaccination helping with long-covid effects, ie. same level of damage would be surprising to me as unadept - but you may be way deeper into it. One study of vacc. vs longC is just starting:https://twitter.com/VirusesImmunity/status/1387904036783931393 …

Thanks! I will check it out.
