while this is ML, it's probably not about the words in the tweet. when comments are put into that section, it's because that particular user has been flagged for some reason. if you search for his username, the profile doesn't show up in search results. that's an indicator

My hypothesis is they classify accounts politically, and if the politics of the other account oppose yours they do this. Every time I’ve seen this, and the comment was innocuous, and then looked at the poster’s history, their politics have been very very diffferent to mine.

The internet today is about confirmation bias and not showing people opposing view points. Guess they want us divided on a few topics instead of unified on most.
