BTW, through the _entire_ stream, I had to piece together what you were saying because Discord cut out for about 3 seconds every 20 seconds. Because that's where we're at today. Thankfully, English is a redundant language so you can usually figure out what words were missing :/

If I can make some recommendations, I'd suggest looking at these papers: https://theory.stanford.edu/~aiken/publications/papers/oopsla15a.pdf … https://thakur.cs.ucdavis.edu/assets/pubs/mangpo_thakur_ASPLOS16.pdf … I'm not saying they're perfect, but they're the most interesting place to start with where the existing literature is at.

I'm personally planning on doing things a little differently for my compiler, but that's a long, very math-heavy discussion, and I don't have anything written up about it at the moment.
