At Molly Rocket the hot dog buns are hand-made by baker extraordinaire @aerettberg. Since I am lactose-intolerant, and hot dog buns are enriched dough, these are made with cultured butter.

During quarantine, trips to the supermarket are minimized, so we only have a limited butter stockpile that has to be shared for all butter use.

A good way I've seen mentioned to solve this is imagining you're the Earl of Sandwich and ask your servant to bring you food between 2 slices of bread so you can eat while you gamble. If you would be happy with what he brought you then it's a sandwich, otherwise it's not.
