Yep, if bb=pos+/-vec. Then bb*M=pos*M +/- (|vecx*Mx|+|vecy*My|+|vecz*Mz|). Works because +/- is symmetric, can force vec positive in all axes. Easy distance from bounding box to plane works similarly.
