Well, ACTUALLY CSS defines some pagination stuff but last time I checked it wasn't fully implemented in any browser. I believe Firefox was best in it. Google for the css3 "page breaks" or "paged media module" in css3 spec https://www.sitepoint.com/css-printer-friendly-pages/ …
