I wonder what the Amazon Prime delivery window will be like in 10 years. In theory, negative-day Prime shipping to apartments is possible if the prediction system gets good enough. "Thank you for your order. We already delivered it last Tuesday. It's waiting in the lobby hub."

You could take that even one step further and have Amazon decentralize their storage by spreading it over apartment buildings and have the algorithm reorganize the virtual warehouse to bring the inventory to where it will be bought.
