This is exciting. Honestly I feel somewhat guilty for using VS for modern development
-
(because I've used other IDE/debuggers/opionionated envs but still fall back on VS for well-paced development)

Just skimmed it, REALLY appreciate the detailed feedback at the bottom. I'm heading to sleep right now, but I'll respond to each tomorrow.
-
And I appreciate the new WinDBG improvements! If there's anything else I can do to help, you can email me at casey@mollyrocket.com.

These are real problems with VS? I experience none of the problems you are mentioning aside from scoping of watch which has an easy work around (in highly complex c++ / simd / real time codebases). Maybe something with your setup.
