Regarding the folks writing in to say that Day 488 is not available at all quality levels, this is something only @YouTube can fix. Apparently you can get support if it's a YouTube Premium issue (like you're still getting ads or something, I guess?), or if you're a "Creator Partner" or whatever it's called when they put ads all over the videos, but otherwise there is no support for if the site is buggy.

Yes. The support options shown to you change based on your account "level". Sometimes I get the live chat option and most of the times I just see the email option which is useless automated replies.
