Looking for a fast, well-distributed 128-bit hash function. Doesn't have to be cryptographic, but will be used for uniqueness testing, so hash collisions are undesirable. Found SpookyHash. Are there better alternatives?

(But keep in mind this is a hash for developer-side stuff, generally speaking, not user-side stuff, since not all end-user chip flavors have AES instructions.)

It turns out I don't need "unique" hashes on the device itself -- a traditional hash set will do -- which is actually a relief. But I still anticipate needing them in some data pipeline improvements I have planned. I'll give Meow Hash a whirl at that time. Great work, thanks!
