Isn't 1024s for kibibytes/mebibytes, etc? Kilo/mega are 1000s (because they're si prefixes)

Any chance Meow Hash could be used to implement a good fast PRNG (even though it's not designed for it)?

A better idea is probably to just design a PRNG using the AES instructions in a similar fashion, I know that some people have already done so, I don't know if any of the results are good.
