Those billions of lines belong to lots of separate, unrelated projects. They also include things like configuration and test code.

This is why Twitter is such a pile of shit. People post very reasonable things (like hey maybe you should consider a billion lines of code as too many lines of code for an organization to manage) and then the mosquitoes pile on with a bunch of unrelated crap.

The end result will presumably just be not hearing from Jon at all at some point, because why bother? Which is mostly the tact I've been taking. And probably should take more often.
