Looks sweet! (And actually pretty similar to Cinera's in-progress config file format.) Just a thought: Could you dispense with load_paths.relative by just saying that all paths are relative unless they begin with a "/"? This should be okay at least if .os == "linux", right?

I could but... I feel like that's just a dangerous path to go down... trying to parse things based on fairly complex contextual clues with a wide assortment of different standards that no one is even trying to keep manageable... ehh. I expect a lot of bugs down that path.

Ah, fair enough. Yeah, even Cinera has some path settings that I straight up specify as being relative, and go ahead and strip surrounding slashes. Pretty much just to account for people thinking that they need to "construct" the path themselves, and doing it with a preceding /

Or change the setting to "relative_to", and then you can have multiple strings that give a basis ("absolute", "project root", "project drive root", "4coder executable location", "current dir when I launched 4coder", "this variable I've defined somewhere", etc.)
