    This appears to be an aggressively homophobic, disgusting attack on Pete Buttigieg, and it is yet another reason that folks would do well to recognize how this historic candidate and his family face myriad instances of vile bigotry. We do not live in a post-homophobic society.

    Tonight, I watched my friend give a passionate speech on passing the ERA and deliver a full-throated defense of trans inclusion in it. Per usual, I am in awe and so grateful for her advocacy and allyship. She shows up ready to fight for all people.

    If ur a reporter covering SCOTUS revival of Trump's transgender military ban, talk to trans people. If you're an editor, hire trans reporters to cover. Try @SerenaSonoma & veterans like . I'd be happy to see other recos in replies
