This is exactly the right time to talk about gun violence. Right now. Don't wait to demand action before another innocent human being is gunned down because of elected officials who are bought and sold by the @NRA.
Human beings matter more than guns.

Really your splitting hairs now? People have way too easy access to guns. If your saying people are the problem and not guns then why do people have such easy access to guns?

No they don’t. Maybe criminals do but you are living a fantasy if you think you can end that. NRA members are responsible individuals.

I think there is nothing wrong with common sense gun law that regulate who gets guns and safety laws that gun owners have to follow is not an absurd thing to ask for or want.

They have those, they’re unfortunately not always enforced.

They have very few of those and the laws they have aren't strong enough as proven by all the children who are dead at the hands of a person with gun this year alone.

The only guns I have left are family heirlooms, a Walther P38 my Grandfather brought home from WWII and a shotgun that another grandfather had from the 1920's. At this point, I don't even want them around anymore.
