An app store ban would mostly affect iOS, though; TikTok could offer a sideloading version for Android users independent of Google. (many Chinese companies already do this since app distribution in China is much more decentralized)

Isnt this the same family who cries if their twitter posts get censored for spreading false information that is harmful to the public? Shutting down a platform where people express their 1A rights is next level crazy to me.
