It boggles my mind that this doesn't qualify as incitement to commit a crime.
This appears to be an aggressively homophobic, disgusting attack on Pete Buttigieg, and it is yet another reason that folks would do well to recognize how this historic candidate and his family face myriad instances of vile bigotry. I don't think "incitement to commit a crime" is a thing, but it very likely falls under some "conspiracy" statute.

States have laws policing criminal incitement - not sure where Wohl was when he tried this stunt, or if incitement is dependent on a secondary individual carrying out the act.
