    Yesterday afternoon, sent out notices scheduling the hearing for next Thursday to determine Bauman's fate. The meeting is not open to the public. Removing Bauman would require a majority vote of officers who are present. (With Bauman gone, there's only 4 of them).

    In a letter to the party, Bauman's attorney called it a "wholly improper attempt" that is "flawed both procedurally and substantively." Among the arguments was that allegation of misconduct not among the conditions that allows for membership removal, per party bylaws.
