    I would say it was a tremendous morale booster from decent people who were disgusted by the performance of a dishonest charlatan who is pretending to be president. Nice to know the Speaker is standing up for us.

    That said, it was an unforced PR error by to tear up the speech in front of the cameras on the rostrum. Whom did that help? .
