    It’s now been confirmed that the wave of infections building in the NW has been largely caused by Johnson’s long delay in adding India to the red list. This variant looks to be up to 50% more transmissible, despite the vaccine; but he’s disregarding scientists’ warnings. Again.

    Let’s keep in mind now that all the time that Johnson was resisting the widespread calls to put India on the red list, around 1,600 people a week were flying in from India to the UK. At least 5% of them will have been carrying Covid-19. has caused this upsurge.

    So we hope you will not be voting for yet more changes to the planning system, that will undermine attempts to save buildings like this and make sure residents have a say.

    A tragedy that after a flawed planning process we will lose the unique Whitechapel Foundry, maker of the Liberty Bell and Big Ben, to yet another hotel. Action this day to save it!

    Agree. I don't feel at home now in labour . 48% of us know brexit was a massive deception. Only LibDem and Greens offer closer relationships with the empire/market on our doorstep.

    Because he planned a visit to India necessary to give Brexit a boost. As said before Brexit destroys. Brexit destroys everything and will do so for the next decades. Pro EU Brits have no place to go. won’t speak for them. Millions are left alone in 🇬🇧 So sad.
