RE: Doom-mongering and nay-saying. I try to put all my depressing thoughts in a basket (thanks, yoga classes!) and set them aside for Wednesdays, when I cower under my duvet and go all sniffly. Other 6 days ... focus on 'we can do this!' Thanks Michael Mann, for all you do!
