    Fossil fuels got a whole lot more expensive in Europe in 2018 & are forecast to get more expensive in 2019. Why? Carbon pricing. C$38. Jurisdictions that don't price carbon look increasingly out of step.

    In early 2019, feds will fight in & provincial courts to maintain revenue-neutral, carbon backstop. 's govt to put case for the backstop as intervenor. Pricing carbon is what leadership looks like.
