    We developed 3 scenarios: Pre Covid, Current Policies and 100% BEV. We find that decarbonising China's Light Duty Vehcile fleet will be a long term effort, even under 100% EV scenario, due to the gargantuan size of the fleet, and its electricity consumption /3
