    I was pretty wiped earlier from the day so I put my feet up to rest after eating around 6pm and wound up falling asleep. Woke up at midnight wired like a squirrel who got into a case of RedBull and here we are. (Gonna be a fun night and next day for sure 🐿 🙄)

    Stop trying to come up with “ideas” of things you could build. Instead, find people you like. Figure out what problems they’re having. Think up something that can solve those problems. See if anyone’s interested in what you’re thinking. And then go build it 💪🔥

    This is why the internet is amazing: Between Medium, Quora, and Twitter, my stuff has been read by well over a million people. Think about that for a minute. How could that *even* have been possible in say, the 80s (aside from writing a bestseller)? The opportunity is real.

    I’ve seriously probably lost as many people as I’ve gained over the past few years (consistently). And that’s cool because they’re just looking for the “feels” that the gurus want to hand out and I’m not willing to sink myself to that level. Welcome to Startup Land!

    Funny thing: I keep gaining and then losing followers over startup shit I say. I take that as a compliment. Most people are not suited to do startup shit. Those that think I’m going to be “positive” and “inspirational” - but then just bow out? Have fun! This is reality.
