It’s horribly disconcerting when people present for mental health treatment and tell me they’ve never received evidence-based treatment for their PTSD, OCD, etc.
Instead, they’ve unethically received pseudoscientific therapies, such as Past Life Regression Therapy, Reiki, etc.

@clgood I just read "Relax and Enjoy Your Food" and it really opened my eyes. I got conned into a weight loss program which also was a pyramid scheme. Basically I lost a ton of weight really fast but I put it on again fast...I'm now trying to undo the damage they caused.
