    This thread is such an excellent look at the emotional work being done inside what is ostensibly a silly half-hour comedy show.

    I’ve been hearing a low murmuring about Ted Lasso, on Apple TV+. The dam broke yesterday and I gave it a watch. I couldn’t put it down. This is the most interesting, intelligent show I’ve seen in quite awhile, and I think you should give it a look.

    Football being back has been very good to me so far. Miami wins. GT wins. FSU loses. Florida’s stadium experiences a literal garbage fire. All I need now is the Rams to beat the Cowboys tomorrow. Oh, and a celebratory margarita.

    We are talking two very short FGs and a PAT. Not like we missed difficult kicks. We missed three of the easiest kicks you can possibly have. I’ve seen this movie before, and I know how it ends. Prove me wrong, Jackets! Please!

    Losing this game is going to suck, because we are outplaying FSU pretty much across the board with the exception of not being able to kick a damn football through the uprights.

    I love how they keep showing all the protocols FSU implemented so that they could have football and then smashcut to the crowd after a big play and shirtless 18 year olds with no masks are all over each other. Announcer was quiet after that one.

    Penalties and mental errors are killing Georgia Tech right now. Honestly, we could be tied or in the lead right now with a little more discipline. Instead, we are all potential and missed opportunities.
