Popular Science is not doing so hot on the science. Water vapor is a GHG but steam from combustion is irrelevant given the oceans. Vapor is a feedback amplifier---as higher temps mean more water is carried in air, higher absolute humidity, and that starts with longlived GHGs.

Living in the Northeast, I wholeheartedly agree. Take a look at the ebb and flow of co2 gas movies and how Co2 rises to alarmist levels during winter and drop after May. Life is more difficult during the cold months. As populations rise, so does everything else.
