Many ppl are able to charge their long-range BEVs M-F @ work for free. Often they don't even have to plug in at home on weekends. They pretty much drive for free all year. Employers are happy to provide this benefit because electricity is cheap ($0-5/day per EV driving employee)

Yes, I've had an article in the works for ~3 months on that. Need to get it done.

I live in Ontario where gas is expensive and electricity is inexpensive at night. I drive 30k km per year; I’m saving $3k per year in gas vs electricity. That’s $30k over 10 years, the minimum I plan to keep it. The TCOO is significantly less than a non-premium midsize ICE car.

I think you need to do one more article and see on how many miles they break even for each comparison that was done, emphasizing ev drive train and brakes will last you at least 10y or 500000 miles compared to 100000 miles on ice cars

Even if battery will need to be replaced with in 500000 miles it should be still ok, actually if driven that much miles the car is free!

Enjoyed drinking the EV Kool-Aid a long time ago; not as OG as some of your followers, but as long ago as ‘08 when I was 22. The fact that it took this long to mass produce a battery-powered car both enjoyable and affordable boggles my mind. Kudos to
