@clattner_llvm@owensd The optimizer can still move releases around, and refcounting makes the final release that kills an object dynamic. -

@clattner_llvm As a C# veteran learning iOS, Swift is self-explaining to me. This is after multiple false starts with Objective C. -
@clattner_llvm After reading that, Swift decisions - including occasionally breaking backward compatibility - sound even better. Hats off.
