Some of the same people that think Peterson is one of the greatest intellectuals of the modern age are now telling me it's unfair to expect him to be familiar with the Civil Rights Act

This is one of the better "if bakeries are forced to serve gay people then what about this different situation" arguments I've seenpic.twitter.com/WIlgTqr58h

Why didn't you tell him them bakers refused to bake the cake because of their RELIGIOUS beliefs? That changes the question doesn't it? Typical LIBERAL BS. You do know about the 1st Amendment don't u?

I wasn't there

Touché. You could have at least pointed this out. His answer would have been completely different.
-
How would I do that? I wasn't there
-
In your posting of the video and the many replies.

I don't even know what you're asking of me

What about this? Do you have to serve everyone or not? Should this restaurant be punished for this?http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2018/06/sarah-sanders-was-asked-to-leave-restaurant-over-trump-work.html …

Political opinion is not a protected class
-
Interesting. Does that mean you can kick someone out of an establishment for being a communist or a socialist?
-

Here's the argument none of you wimps want to hear: NO ONE has a right to someone else's labor! I know that's shocking to a bunch of socialists like you who think labor can be forced under communism, but reality dictates that I have the sole right as to whom I choose to serve.
-
Jordan Peterson disagrees with you. Is he a socialist?
-
What one man believes, who you so dearly hate, is irrelevant in the greater context: What do YOU believe? Do YOU believe that I have a right to your labor? Or your time? Or your services? Or the product of your labor? The 13th Amendment OUTLAWS "involuntary servitude"!
-
I agree with Peterson on this
-
The 13th Amendment expressly outlaws "involuntary servitude". You can believe whatever you want. The Constitution is clear. You do not have the right to someone else's services.
-
Your feelings are not the law
-
You can continue to respond with irrelevant quips about "feelings", or something as subjective as who you "agree with", but you have yet to articulate a cogent, substantive argument for why you believe you have the right to my labor or services.
