Did you actually watch the video with the sound on?

He right it’s THEIR job lol
-
No it’s not actually. I’m assuming he was stealing and as someone who worked in retail you can’t touch customers if you think they’re stealing we couldn’t even call them out and chase after them. If she wouldn’t put her hands on him she wouldn’t lost her job
-
No true My cousin worked at Best Buy and some dude tried to run out the door with some DVD’s and my cousin tackled dude Which was wrong Cause dude probably needed that money or whatever But anyway Best Buy gave my cousin a gift card for being extra
-
That’s cool and when I worked at Forever 21 they told us not to engage with thieves. And to call security or a manager. Thanks
-
Depends on the store, it's location, and its policy regarding shoplifters. If the store has loss prevention/security they usually tell floor staff to stay out of it.
-
I was Loss Prevention at Ross Dress For Less and they don’t want you touching anyone. They told us to let shoplifters go or we could get fired.
-
In most cases you don’t touch them. It’s rare that you can go after customers because if you’re wrong about them stealing that causes a whole bunch of different problems
-
Look at her face. She can't touch em either. Even our AP & managers aren't supposed to touch people where I work. And even if we could if you think I'm bout to fight these folks for some merchandise that I don't own while my company understaffing me errday....pic.twitter.com/MMWzX1Z0Ce
