    My only take is that the judge in the Epic vs Apple case understands that it defining videogames is a complex issue that requires nuance much better than many academics and people in the industry.

    1. Defining a video game. The Court begins with a definition of “video game.” Unfortunately, no one agrees and neither side introduced evidence of any commonly accepted industry definition.
