(1) Piloted a program to test toxicology results for drug-facilitated sexual assault up to five days after the crime. This is compared to the standard two-day period.

@chesaboudin shares that @SFVictimService needs more funding and asks that community members urge their #supervisors to support increased resources.
Boudin also says that data from @SFPD shows reports of sexual assault are down while acknowledging that many go unreported.
