    I share a lot of these lessons from the last year of working from home. It's a year since I sat in an office with my colleagues, a year of adapting and building resilience in order to continue our work from our homes in these strange times. Now it feels almost normal.

    A year ago today my company had a day trialling whether we could manage with all staff working from home. 👨‍💻👩‍💻🏠 A year on, we're still at home with our laptops. Funny how this all feels so normal yet so extraordinary at the same time. A few reflections/thing I've learnt.👇🏾1/n
