Totally agree. Also, it would be extremely beneficial for a healthy organizational culture& a genuine employee happiness if "not so new" manager would keep it simple and focus on these 3 things, in an authentic way.

Great points, but I think it's also important to not overdo them: - Too much trust can lead to broken commitments/trust - Too much honesty can lead to conflict / distraction - Too much context = information overload Finding the right balance is key
