2. Honesty – Practice communicating honestly. Schedule regular 1:1s w/ each team member (and others in org). Invest in preparing for them (10- 15 min per meeting). Don't ask vague q's like "How's it going?" Ask specific q’s like, "What do you think we're behind the curve on?"...
