Earmarks are just another name for buying a vote. If Dems and Reps can’t come together without that, they need to get out of elected office and go work for the mob where they belong.

I do not agree with Trump on this issue. But you Corrupt Claire are the literal definition of the Washington DC swamp. You voted AGAINST giving tax cuts to 90% of middle class Missourians. That is just utterly despicable.

Crumbs to the middle class, massive gift to the wealthy. The wealthy who then show gratitude by giving large contributions to the GOP for future gifts and power. Cycle of corruption.

Crumbs? Approximately $2000 is a large amount of money to the average American family. It’s hard to cut taxes for the lower end of the spectrum because the majority of taxes is already paid by the rich.

And much of that $2,000 (which is a TEMPORARY cut), if not more, will have to be allocated by families to pay for the reduction they will see in government services. And only 80% of taxpayers, by GOP admission, will see ANY tax cut. Corporate cut PERMANENT.

You know why they are temporary? Because they could not get 60 votes from their Democratic colleagues so they had to use reconciliation. They do not expire until 2027. The only way they will expire is if Democrats vote to raise taxes in 2027 by not extending them.

So then why aren’t the corporate tax breaks temporary? Why are GOP House and Senate members getting special provisions that enrich them personally? This plan is meant SOLELY to reward the wealthy and powerful, while creating huge deficits to justify cuts to social programs.
