you can't force people to work in the polling places and you certainly can't force them to work for free. A lot of this stuff is due to budgetary concerns. Some is due to them just changing up how they do voting and people not realizing it even though they announce it.

YES! We live in an age where we have the ability to have our entire lives on a mobile device we carry around in our pockets but can't find a fast way to allow people to vote. You're damn right this is voter suppression.
