As a law professor, it is so difficult to face these facts. How do we teach our students about professional responsibility, ethics, and the rule of law without acknowledging that there’s nothing we can do about this utter corruption other than vote.

They can and should be referred to bar counsel for sanctions in the states in which they’re licensed to practice.

What's the chance of a MISTRIAL?

Who can ask for mistrial? Schiff? Because no witnesses, or collusion of McConnell and defendant? Or compromised defense lawyers? Does it go to the so-called called jury or force CJ to rule? It seems too much to hope for.
