    Some of the smartest, kindest, hardest working people in the Capitol were below him and within a few feet of the Presiding Officer who wore no mask. His aspirated droplets would easily drift down on them. But hey, they are just staff so Cruz doesn’t care.

    This is idiotic. is being a complete ass. He wears a mask to speak—when nobody is remotely near him—as an ostentatious sign of fake virtue. was over 50 feet away, presiding. Last I checked 50 feet is more than 6 feet.

    This is an excellent summary of the drubbing Trump is taking in court. My only objection is the suggestion that no one know how many cases have been filed and how many he/GOP has lost. They have filed 32. The have lost 19 and won 1.
