A sailor from the USS Teddy Roosevelt was found unresponsive in isolation on base in Guam & transferred to ICU today. Sailor tested positive for COVID-19 on March 30. As of today 416 sailors on the ship have tested positive. @TheRealCVN71 @USNavy @NBCNews

He didn't even raise the alarm publicly. He kept it within the Navy, just not necessarily in his chain of command and used unclassified email.

I understand chain of command, when that chain is doing nothing and you are responsible for what would be equivalent to a small town.The chain of command should have been fired. He made the right decision.
