  3. So far, the number of people the has been able to bail out has dropped by 60%. If this policy remains, NCBF will soon be unable to operate. We are seeking a preliminary injunction to stop the enforcement of the rule immediately. (3/3)

  4. This is the unconstitutional rule: to post money for a person’s release from jail, the paying party must allow that money to be used as payment for any future court-imposed debts. If the party doesn’t agree to the rule then cash bond cannot be posted at all. (2/3)
