Nope, can't see why its against the law. Baking a cake is a personal talent. I can CHOOSE to bake a cake & decorate it beautifully but not for an event that violates MY religious beliefs! Forcing someone to do an act of a personal nature = SLAVERY & THAT IS against the law!!
