Obama didn’t nominate a single person rated Not Qualified because he let the ABA conduct its traditional pre-nomination review to screen out such candidates. But Trump took the ABA out of the process.

Chairman @ChuckGrassley should delay hearings for nominees until @senjudiciary Committee receives their ABA rating, and he should not provide a hearing to any nominee the ABA has rated Not Qualified.
