While laypeople are applauding the decision, which though important, sets an easily surmountable bar for employers determined to weed out or discriminate against Gay and Lesbian applicants and employees. The operative language is "if a person is fired for being gay..."pic.twitter.com/JgF28XwARC

I take your point, but isn't that true for discrimination in the workplace in general? In a wrongful termination suit, who has the burden of proof, the employee or the employer? If I were fired from a coven, do I have to prove I was fired because I am a warlock?
