    Have arrived in Portsmouth to speak at , which looks like it is going to be a fantastic day. On the way into the venue (Cosham Baptist Church) I saw this. It made me stop and think of the power of really looking for good, and of compassion for each other. Happy Friday!

    It really doesn't matter what you do for a living, we think pretty much nails the impact of what happens when someone makes themself feel more important by making you feel less so. And then she goes on to nail what we can do about it. Thank you Clare.
