      This Gwinnett ballot has a similar format to the South Florida ballots causing undervoting in FL's 2018 Senate election.       Not quite. Broward County's ballots in 2018 had the US Senate race in the 1st column immediately below the instructions for marking the ballot. Placing the US Senate race under the presidential race here doesn't seem like much of an issue.

      Some clearer headers and shading would improve this ballot, but I don't think it's going to cause a significant amount of undervotes. @civicdesign, what are your thoughts?

      First, I don't think the ballot has 4 columns. This looks like a sample that is not an exact facsimile. The biggest potential problem on this ballot is the two columns for the long Senate contest. It's an overvote magnet. Strong voter ed and outreach needed.
