This is one reason why it's important to be able to drop off mail ballots at voting locations on Election Day: voters still get to go in person, but with a quick easy way to deliver their ballots.

Yes! And election workers will need to be trained on the process to accept those ballots. Maybe, where possible, have a different line and check-in station?
