"Election design is hard" I do appreciate that. We have multiple languages on the ballot here, of course. (The reason ballots are large.) And, multiple primaries. And, constant court fights about them. So, It's not like the people producing this stuff have a lot of lead time.

We would love to have every state using these templates which have helped voters return their absentee ballots more successfully.
